Responsibilities

 

1.    Optimize power distribution work processes in line with operations management system requirements.
2.    Develop work plans and implementation schemes as needed.
3.    Supervise, guide, and review completion of work tasks.
4.    Organize power distribution technical training and assess training effectiveness.
5.    Manage day-to-day performance and maintain regular communication with power distribution staff.
6.    Develop staff scheduling plans and adjust dynamically based on operational needs.
7.    Coordinate interface work between the power distribution team and other relevant departments.
8.    Compile and analyze power distribution energy consumption data.
9.    Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

Responsibilities

 

1.    Bachelor's degree or above, with High-Voltage or Low-Voltage Electrician Operation certification.
2.    3+ years of experience in data center electrical systems operations or related management.
3.    Familiar with the architecture, principles, characteristics, and operations/maintenance essentials of high-voltage electrical systems in data centers, including UPS, diesel generators, and high/low-voltage distribution.
4.    Proficient in AutoCAD and Office.
5.    Able to independently analyze and resolve electrical system faults, with strong technical foundation and hands-on ability.
6.    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7.    Able to write and review technical documentation, including but not limited to change plans, work instructions, standard procedures, management policies, test/drill plans, and emergency response plans, covering electrical, HVAC, and low-voltage systems.
