HVAC Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment; manage spare parts inventory and issuance.
2. Manage operation, repair, maintenance, and retrofit of the data center's HVAC systems (including but not limited to chillers, precision air conditioning units, water supply/drainage, piping, and valves); review repair reports, assessing the soundness of repair processes and accuracy of labor-hour estimates; develop major overhaul plans and cost analyses for significant faults.
3. Develop Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), preventive maintenance plans, and Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOP) for the HVAC system; ensure fulfillment of related maintenance service contracts.
4. Conduct risk assessments of HVAC system architecture and equipment; develop and implement corrective actions.
5. Manage archiving of HVAC-related documentation and oversee routine management and periodic inspection of operations/maintenance tools.
Responsibilities
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in an HVAC-related field, with HVAC engineer certification.
2. 1+ years of professional operations/maintenance management experience with chillers, air conditioning, and piping/valve systems in large-scale data centers or large integrated buildings.
3. Familiar with the working principles, operating procedures, and maintenance essentials of precision air conditioning, chillers, and related system equipment.
4. Strong technical foundation, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve HVAC system faults.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and team collaboration ability; able to organize and draft SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
