Low-Voltage Engineer

Responsibilities

1.    Manage operations and maintenance of the facility's low-voltage systems.
2.    Direct on-duty operations staff in daily inspection, checks, recordkeeping, operations, and maintenance of low-voltage equipment, ensuring safe and stable 7×24 facility operations.
3.    Track data center project progress; oversee low-voltage system construction quality and manage handover/acceptance.
4.    Manage daily operations of low-voltage systems including access control, fire protection, power monitoring, BA (building automation), DCIM, security, and parking management systems.
5.    Respond to incidents quickly, appropriately, and effectively to prevent escalation.
6.    Conduct low-voltage system performance analysis and optimization, and handle day-to-day incident, problem, and change management.
7.    Maintain low-voltage system operating records and spare parts archives; author, maintain, and update technical documentation in real time; develop and revise operations/maintenance service documents; guide and inspect the work of operations staff

Responsibilities

1.    Associate degree or above (full-time) in Computer Science, Electrical Automation, Electrical Control Engineering, or a related field.
2.    5+ years of relevant work experience, with solid low-voltage domain knowledge and a foundation in operations management systems.
3.    Proficient in the setup and management of fire alarm systems, fire control systems, DCIM/intelligent building management systems, access control/all-in-one card systems, and structured cabling; familiar with automation control and related skills.
4.    Experience with construction, commissioning, and maintenance of low-voltage systems for large-scale data centers; project management experience preferred.
5.    Familiar with mainstream low-voltage system architectures and equipment operations/maintenance characteristics.
6.    Experience in colocation data centers within finance, telecom, or similar industries preferred.
