Operations Technician

Responsibilities

1.    Perform daily 7×24 inspection of data center infrastructure.
2.    Carry out routine equipment maintenance and upkeep.
3.    Monitor facility operating status and promptly escalate and respond to alarms.
4.    Perform initial diagnosis and basic handling of equipment faults.
5.    Complete other daily tasks assigned by superiors

Responsibilities

1.    Associate degree or above, with 2+ years of data center operations experience.
2.    Holder of High-Voltage Operation, HVAC Operation, Low-Voltage Operation, Pressure Vessel Management, or Fire Protection System Operation certification preferred.
3.    Solid understanding of data center architecture, equipment specifications, operating parameters, operating modes, and standard procedures.
4.    Solid understanding of emergency response procedures, equipment locations, and system routing/relationships for each subsystem.
5.    Familiar with the working principles of relevant equipment.
